Why is it so hard to lose weight?
Here's the problem. You know what you should eat, but you eat something else. Something with more calories, usually in the form of fat and sugar.
People who consult me for help often say they have who difficulty with weight loss "because they like their food". I believe that everyone likes their food. What they really mean is that they like their fat or sugar. In fact they are addicted to either or both.
The drivers of addiction lie beyond the rational mind which is why hypnotherapy for weight loss can be very effective. It's about readjusting the brain to eat normally. That means nutritious food that is a pleasure to eat. You can find out more about how a hypnotherapist such as myself uses hypnotherapy for weight loss here or by contacting me.
