University Stress Levels
According to a recent study by the Association for University Teachers (AUT), levels of stress in higher education are far in excess of most other professions. Peter Delves Associates have been in the forefront of stress training in the UK since 1990, and have recently developed training programmes for Universities. These include "Managing Workplace Stress" which has received very positive feedback from Coventry University, and "Stress Management with EFT" which was delivered to 150 employees at the University of Warwick.
