Team Away Day Ideas
A team away day can be many things. Sometimes it can involve activities far removed from those in the workplace. Other times it can be highly focussed on work related issues of planning and problem solving.
My involvement in team away days has been to facilitate team building while providing a strong personal development element. Themes for the development can be work life balance, influencing skills or working smarter.
