 Personal Consultations section includes details of the problems that I treat, how we might work and how much I charge. Based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire I practise as a qualified hypnotherapist and also use other effective methods. There are pages on hypnosis, hypnotherapy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).
 Corporate Training section includes details of those courses in which we specialise, providing training for Local Government, the Health Service and the private sector. Courses include Stress Management Skills, Managing Workplace Stress, Counselling Skills, Negotiating & Influencing Skills, Working Smarter, and Work Life Balance.
 Open Training section includes details of training workshops
in the UK Midlands, within easy reach of Birmingham, Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Kenilworth. Courses also take place in Scotland. Training includes approved EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Level 1, EFT Level 2, EFT Level 3 & Advanced Meridian Energy Therapies, NLP for Practitioners, TAT, EmoTrance and The Enneagram.
