Self-Hypnosis & Relaxation Workshops
Why Practise Self-Hypnosis?
Deep relaxation alone would be a good enough reason to learn self-hypnosis. But it can be used also as a valuable self-help tool to achieve much more. It gives us the opportunity to access our subconscious minds, discovering resources and overcoming limitations so that we can develop our full potential.
A considerable amount of research has taken place into the effectiveness of hypnosis and self-hypnosis. Anyone interested in looking at the evidence is recommended to start at the research section of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH).
