EFT Level 2 & MET Practitioner

This 2-day  EFT and Meridian Energy Therapies workshop is accredited with the AMT (Association for Meridian Energy Therapies). The training is intended for therapists, healers, coaches, counsellors and health care workers wishing to learn powerful new approaches for working with clients. The training course is designed to advance your skills in EFT to a significantly higher level and it will prepare you to practice EFT with confidence and incredible success.

If you have not completed EFT Level 1 yet, you can combine it into a 3 day block. More information on Level 1 at  EFT Level 1 Training.

One of the features of these techniques is that you can use them to focus directly on specific problems and clear them quickly and gently. Therefore practitioners are able to treat effectively:

Anxiety states. Phobias. Panic attacks. Depression. Blocked grief. Anger. Guilt. Low self-esteem. Trauma. Habits and addictions. The emotional roots of physical problems (including pain). Self-limiting beliefs.

It sounds like a tall order! But after the course practitioners regularly report how incredibly effective these techniques are, and how they are able to help a much wider range of clients.

Course Content

• Calibration skills and rapport - Developing awareness and flexibility with clients.
• Principles from "The Palace of Possibilities" - Uncovering limiting beliefs and releasing them.
• The Tearless Trauma Technique - Ways to bring more gentleness into the EFT procedure and approach traumatic issues comfortably.
• Uncovering core issues - Powerful questions and language patterns to get to the heart of problems.
• Addressing physical issues - How to use EFT for pain and physical issues, including releasing the emotional aspects.
• Borrowing benefits - Delivering EFT to groups.
• Muscle testing - A technique helpful for identifying core issues, short cuts and testing results.
• Additional tapping points - Latest innovative developments in points that are used.
• Touch and breathe - A gentle alternative to tapping the acupoints.
• Addictions and habits - How to work with people who want to reduce weight, stop smoking or change other addictions/habits.
• Working by telephone - How to use EFT with clients over the telephone.
• Testing Results - Ensuring that problems are fully resolved with a variety of testing options.
