Stress Management Skills

Why This Training?

Stress management training is now recognised by employers as a way to make a positive contribution to the wellbeing of their employees. This can lead to reduced sickness absence levels, improved morale and the ability to cope more easily with change.

"I believe it will be very beneficial for myself personally and in the workplace. I shall certainly practise the techniques we have been taught today". - Mandy Fowles, Tenancy Services Officer

Our Approach

We provide stress management training courses and workshops to suit employers' needs. Personal coaching, tutoring, counselling and therapy are also available to help individual managers and employees through difficult periods.

Many organisations now seek to develop stress policies, and we are also able to act as consultants in the process of policy development.

"The course was really worthwhile.  It has given me tools to identify stress and deal with it when it arises". - Jo Brookbanks, Local Government Officer
