Adapting to Change
Helping employees to face the future positively
Our outplacement services comprise training workshops and career coaching for employees facing redundancy and change. Based in the UK we are able to offer flexible packages so you get exactly what you want. The workshops can be from three hours to two days in length.
Please feel free to email us or call (01926) 856746 with any queries.
How these workshops work
These workshops benefit participants on two levels. The first level is providing support, insight and practical advice in how to be successful in the current job market. The second level is about helping to build confidence for those whose self esteem has taken a knock and may feel anxious about the future.
Recognising different needs
In a workshop of this kind we recognise that some participants may have been in the same employment for many years and be very unfamiliar with how the job market works today. They need both practical advice as well as encouragement.
Another feature that can emerge is that certain groups can devalue their own abilities. They need help to recognise what they do have to offer and be able to present it to employers.
Our Approach
Our training is highly participative, thought-provoking and enjoyable. We use a mix of approaches i.e. trainer input, syndicate exercises, question and answer sessions.
